Data Protection Declaration

The protection of your personal data is important to me. Your data will be processed exclusively within the scope of the statutory provisions (GDPR, GDPR 2000, TKG 2003). Below you will be informed about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of this website.

Collection and processing of data

If you contact me by e-mail or phone, your data (e.g. name, e-mail address, telephone number, purpose of contacting, etc.) will be stored for the purpose of processing your request and in case of further questions. The data processing is carried out on the basis of the statutory provisions or, if applicable, on the basis of your consent iSd Art. 6 lit. a GDPR or iSd, section 96 (3) TKG (“Cookies”).

Your personal data will only be passed on if you have given your express consent to do so.

The deletion of your data takes place if your data are no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purpose pursued with the storage or if the storage becomes inadmissible for legal reasons.

Server Logfiles

For operational security reasons, the hosting provider automatically collects data about access to this page and stores it as “server log files”. The following data is logged, among other things:

  • page accesed (URL)
  • type and version of the browser used
  • operating system used
  • referrer URL (the previously visited page)
  • host name / IP adress of the accessing computer
  • time and date of server request

The IP address is stored for 7 days and then anonymized. A personal reference is no longer available. The legal basis for this processing is Art. f GDPR.

These log files are stored for 2 weeks.

Cookies

Cookies are used for the multilingual use of this website.

These are small text files that are stored on your device with the help of the browser. They do not cause any damage to your device.

If you do not wish to do so, you can set up your browser to inform you of the setting of cookies and to allow you to do so only on a case-by-case basis. However, when disabling cookies, the functionality of the website may be limited.

Your rights

In principle, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing, data portability, revocation and opposition. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection claims have been violated in any other way, you can complain to the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority.

Data protection when placing an order

The data processing, use of data and data storage within the framework of a consulting or planning assignment or art purchase also takes place exclusively according to the statutory provisions (GDPR, GDPR 2000, TKG 2003). I will be happy to inform you personally about this.

Your rights and opportunities for complaints remain the same even when a transaction is concluded.

All agreements made will be agreed and recorded in writing at the time of conclusion of the contract.
